She is passionate about environmental sustainability and advancing social justice and equity for marginalized communities and spaces. John is dedicated to his work... literally. John is a dedicated client analyst and point of contact for the single largest body of commercial and multifamily assets in our portfolio. His work is critical to driving ESG analytics, and developing metrics to support our clients sustainability reporting ambitions. John is a Fitwel Ambassador, self proclaimed foodie and one of the highest ranked pinball competitors in the state of California.
Amber Ryan
Program Manager
Amber is the bomb.com, what can we say. She is an ENERGY STAR "Powerhouse", managing 260+ active ENERGY STAR Profiles and overseeing state and regional performance benchmarks for all properties within compliance municipalities. Many of our projects are in the state of California, where between April and June, AB 802 compliance takes precedence. Amber is a Fitwel Ambassador, mother of two and artist.

As a father of three, I just want my kids to grow up healthy and safe. They deserve exposure to the arts, sciences, and a good education, all while occupying safe healthy indoor spaces. We spend 90% of our time in buildings, and it has become my primary objective to make sure they are great places to live, work and play. Levi is a Fitwel Ambassador, LEED AP O+M and artist.
